World Final 2010

Coventry 2006 World Final Grid

The 2010 World Final will be held at Coventry Motor Speedway stadium on the 4th September. Traditionally the World Final is the third heat of the night.

This years World Final date sees the 50th anniversary since Coventry first hosted the BriSCA F1 World Championship, almost to the very day, on September 3rd 1960. To celebrate this, Coventry will be holding a large exhibition and running one of the biggest F1 Heritage gatherings ever seen.

The exhibition will feature all World Final winners since that historical day in Coventry which was the second official British Stock Car Board of Control World Final, and won by Johnny Brise (103). It will plot the course of events since 1960, with many BriSCA Heritage cars from World Championship winners on display. The Heritage Formula will also be racing during the night.

The World Final Exhibition will be completely free to enter.

Coventry will also be inviting past World Champions as guests, who will have the opportunity to meet and greet fans during the exhibition.

It promises to be a great Night of Nostalgia for the BriSCA F1 fraternity plus all the excitement of the World Championship race.

More details are expected to be announced nearer the time.
