Heat 2 of the Northampton Shootout round #8. Close racing and plenty of bumper action between four of the sports Superstars, Paul Hines (#259), Andy Smith (#1), Frankie Wainman Jnr (#515) all tussled for the last half of the Heat, and joining in during the dying laps, John Lund (#53).
Coventry Stadium have announced that from their next meeting onwards, they will be running a 5 race programme, comprising two Heats, Consolation, Final, and Grand National. Full details on the Coventry Stox website.

The second scheduled race at Kings Lynn for 2013 but the first race proper after the inclement weather cancelled the March meeting took place on 27th April and had a Final which many will remember for a long time.
After the Saturday night tar meeting at Birmingham it was off to Hednesford for WCQR number 8 on the Sunday for the second Incarace meeting of the weekend at the fast banked Cannock track.
