As the curtains closed for possibly the final time on the third scunthorpe venue; the usual entertaining meeting took place, drawing forty one cars to the small shaleway for the first 2011 WCQR and Shoot out round number two.

The final ever(?) visit to Scunthorpe sees the next round in the all important Silver Roof Shootout as well as the beginning of the qualification for the 2011 World Championship.

Highlights from Heat 2 of the recent World Championship Qualifier from Scunthorpe.

The BriSCA F1s made their first appearance of 2010 at the superbly appointed Eddie Wright Raceway in Scunthorpe on the hottest Sunday of the year so far.

3rd – Paul Harrison

Second meeting of the weekend, and it’s a move north to Scunthorpe. The shale ring quickly became a fan favourite last year thanks to it’s unique shape and entertaining ‘drift style’ racing.
