NZ 2013 – SUPERSTOCKS OVERSEAS PRACTICE

The British drivers completed their overseas practice laps at Rotorua Speedway on Januray 25th 2013 ahead of the World 240’s.

Results following Practice #1

Over 8 laps Frankie Wainman came out as the fastest Brit completing his 8 laps in 2:24.2439

His brother Daniel Wainman was the second quickest Brit  with  a total time of 2:24.8490

Murray Harrison’s total time of  2:25.4516 secured him as third quickest Brit

While BriSCA F1 World Champion Lee Fairhurst time was 2:29.4322

Despite having  slowest total time with 2:32.8538 Ryan Harrison bagged the quickest lap out of the British drivers on Lap 3 with an impressive 0:17.2129 lap securing him bragging rights over his dad who managed to (only) get the second quickest lap time of 0:17:2812 on lap 5.

Daniel Wainman also has the bragging rights in the Wainman camp beating his older brothers time of 0:17.5677 on his second lap with a fast time of 0:17.3052 on lap 7.

Lee Fairhurst appears slightly off pace with his fast lap of 0:17.5432 in his 6th lap.

 

Results following Practice #2

The second practice session of 8 laps saw Murray Harrison as the quickest Overseas & British driver with a total time of 2:22.8730 for this session. Murray made it a double with timing the fastest single lap time of 0:17.2636 on his final lap.

Daniel Wainman was the quickest Brit in both total time and single lap time, completing 8 laps in 2:25.9701 and a quick lap of 0:17.4923 on lap 2.

Older brother Frankie Wainman comes in with total time of 2:26.6399 and his fastest lap time 0:17.5974 on his 6th lap.

Ryan Harrison timed in with 2:29.2755 with lap 2 being his fastest with a 0:17.4182

Lee Fairhurst timed in with 2:31.2303 with lap 3 being his fastest with a 0:17.8755

 

Results for Practice #3

The third and final practice session of the evening saw lap 3 as the quick lap for all the British Drivers with Ryan Harrison being the only driver to break the 17 second lap time with a quick time of 0:16.9948

Murray  total time of 2:39.6848 and a fast lap of 0:17.0676 just outside of the under 16 club.

Dainel Wainman continues to be England Second Quickest  with a total time of 2:41.7613 and lap 3 coming in at 0:17.1468

Older brother Frankie remains in Daniels dust with a total time of 2:19.8779 but ONLY completing 7 laps. With a fast time of 0:17.2151

Ryan and Lee also only completed 7 of the 8 laps with a time of  2:21.1904  & 2:23.6832 and Lee’s quickest lap time of 0:17.5230
