BOSS 2011 Track Championship Round 9

BOSS is the oldest remaining F1 Stock Car Fan Club and remains active with it’s BOSS Track Championship which is run over 12 rounds, 6 on Shale and 6 on Tar.

Cash prize money is paid out to the top 10 drivers in the final points. Last year single surface drivers Lee Fairhurst 217 (tar) and Mark Woodhull 335 (shale) both picked up prize money by scoring highly on their chosen surface.

BOSS continue to hold an annual Prize Awards / Party at the end of each season as well as raffles though out the racing season. Become a member of BOSS today and help support not only the Club but the drivers prize fund.

Details on how to become either a general member or have a driver membership (and entry into the Track Championship) can be found below.

To join BOSS contact Mick Caygill (Membership secretary) at 15 Exley Gardens, Halifax HX3 9EE or find him at most meetings at the Mark Woodhull (335) transporter but for any meetings where Mick is not present, memberships can be paid to Pauline Tempest. Memberships to be part of the sports oldest established Supporters Fan Club can be paid by cheque (please make cheques payable to BOSS) and sent to the membership secretary (Mick Caygill) at the above address.

A general membership is £10 and membership for the drivers wishing to take part in the BOSS Track Championship is £20. BOSS have kept the membership prices the same as previous years because they are aware that it has not been financially easy for members.
