The second Semi final was the second F1 race up on the format with all Semi finalists being present except for Jim Bamford (302) who has retired, meaning Mick Rogers (244) was the replacement in his usual shale car.

F1 Stockcars.com was privileged this week to have been sent Episode 1 of Gears and Tears the forthcoming docu-drama about F1 stock cars for reviewing purposes (via a promotional copy supplied by the BBC themselves).

The Saturday night build up for the European Championship saw fifty-four cars make the trip to Brafield. Unfortunately, no doubt due to this current financial climate, only three of these visitors were dutch.

Brisca F1s made their annual visit to Foxhall Heath raceway, Ipswich, on Saturday night. The circuit is one of the few remaining that hosted the sport in it’s inaugural year of 1954.

The BriSCA F1s made their first appearance of 2010 at the superbly appointed Eddie Wright Raceway in Scunthorpe on the hottest Sunday of the year so far.
