The final meeting at the mecca of BriSCA F1 stock cars saw the Coventry 2011 season bow out in fine style with fireworks a plenty, both on the track with some blistering action, and off with a spectacular display.
World of Shale
The World of Shale Championship is run by the Startrax Racing promotion at their two venues; Belle Vue and Sheffield. Both tracks are shale surfaced, hence the name. Drivers who race at these venues score points in the usual way, and the driver who scores the most combined points from all meetings at both venues at the end of the season is crowned the Startrax Racing World of Shale Champion.
All remaining Belle Vue fixtures transferred to Coventry
The three remaining 2010 Belle Vue fixtures have, due to an unforeseen legal technicality, needed to be transferred to Coventry.
