Belle Vue – November 15th 2009, World of Shale Finale Race Report
The World Of Shale Championship was staged at Belle Vue on a cold but clear Sunday afternoon in November, and Andy Smith added another title to his already extensive collection.
Hednesford – November 8th Meeting Report
The sole BriSCA F1 meeting at Hednesford Hills Raceway in 2009 took place on November 8th as part of the track’s traditional season-closing Firework meeting, at which the F1s have become a staple on the fixture list.
Coventry – November 7th 2009 Meeting Report
The last Coventry meeting of 2009 saw the traditional format of three heats, consolation, final and GN with an extra race at the end of the night for drivers who had won a race at Coventry over the season.
Belle Vue – November 1st 2009 Meeting Report
The 2009 National Series Championship came to a conclusion on November 1st, with Stu Smith offering a virtuoso performance to secure the the coveted silver roof.
Kings Lynn – October 31st 2009 Meeting Report
Kings Lynn’s annual Halloween Carnival Night saw a bumper crowd and a mid thirties attendance for Round 9 of the National Series Shootout.
Sheffield – October 25th 2009 Meeting Report
After several lacklustre meetings earlier in the year, Sheffield finally produced the kind of meeting that it used to be renowned for in seasons past.
Scunthorpe – October 24th 2009 Meeting Report
The second visit to Scunthorpe in the 2009 season saw 56 cars in attendance. Not only was Saturday nights meeting round #7 of the National Series Shootout, it was also the third qualifying round for the 2010 World Championship.
Northampton – October 18th 2009 Meeting Report
The second leg of Incarace’s autumn F1 weekend drew close on 50 cars to a cold but sunny Northampton International Raceway on October 18th.
Birmingham – October 17th 2009 Meeting Report
The BriSCA F1s returned to their finest tarmac action venue at Birmingham Wheels Raceway on October 17th with just shy of 45 cars making the trip. The only Shootout drivers absent were 16 Matt Newson due to injury and 259 Paul Hines who was unwell.
