Winter Strip Down: British Champion Paul Hines 259
The closed months are far from a quiet time for our Stock Car Racing Teams. More often than not your’ll hear the gasp of “I wish it was longer” coming from the many workshops up and down the country. As once again the candles get lit at both ends to undertake the mammoth task of either stripping down and repairing last season’s race battled car and putting in those ‘tweeks’ for the coming season or going the whole hog and building a new Stock Car. This as well as repairing the transporter, trying to fit in family life home DIY and just about everything else put off to the off-season.
British Champion Paul Hines #259 gives us a sneek-peek of winter life in his workshop as his cars are readied for the coming season.
And Finally the Goodyear – Hoosier debate proved just too much for this mechanic
Thanks to Paul for sending in the photos.
