After visiting the the South, birthplace of Stock car racing last week, we move onto the hub of stock car racing in the present era, the Midlands.

Rob’s winter strip down and rebuild continues and this week it is the beginning of putting it all back together again.

After a few weeks showcasing the drivers from the North of England, we move down south to the birthplace of Stock car racing, London.

Keeping with the Regions theme, we focus on Yorkshire drivers this week. A county that has seen it’s fair share of title winners and also drivers who turned out week in week out for the enjoyment of the sport.

A chance for fans to share any thoughts and wishes, and celebrate any memories or stories they may have.

Team GB secured a third place finish in the 2012 Team Championships at Palmerston North, New Zealand. Which will see them seeded into next years championship.

Moving over the country to the North East, Aycliffe Stadium became an outpost of BriSCA in 1966. However it had run many years before that as an independent track and had already built up a good driver and fan base.
